About the event
A curated meditation class using painting, breathing & other mindful techniques to aide us on the how to release the things that do not serve us so that we may live a more fulfilling life.
***This is a 420 friendly event.
Tickets Include:
- High tea service (medicated/non medicated)
- 1 hour meditation class (facilitated by Sista Nature T.)

This is a meditation class so spaces are limited as we are curating a mediative space. Please arrive on time as there will be no entry once the meditation begins. I recommend wearing comfortable athleisure as we will be in a meditative practice while painting for an hour.
