Friday night never felt so energetically healing. Back for our second round of Sista hood on a Friday night RnB edition where we will flow to RnB music.

About the event
An evening of healing, restoration & sistahood. We are curating community healing through yogic offerings of meditation, sound healing using music & beginner's friendly restorative Hatha yoga flow led by Sista Nature Yoga.
- 6:30pm Meditation with tea (tea provided by Sista Nature Teas)
- 7:00pm Journaling (Journals will be provided however feel free to bring your own)
- 7:15pm Sista Nature Yoga restorative flow 45 mins (There are yoga mats for borrowing but please feel free to bring your own)
- 8:00pm Final journaling and Sista circle (A time for sharing or holding space & allowing our practice to settle)
Please note: this is not an event where there will be additional vendors & food is not allowed in the studio space so please have a light bite to eat before class. Tea & water will be provided.
